Ryan A. McKindles

Ryan represents a diverse group of clients and has consistently delivered positive results, whether in the courtroom or in a transactional setting. Specializing in real estate matters, he has advised clients on projects ranging in scale from multimillion dollar real estate developments to residential improvements. Whether at trial, where Ryan recently obtained a verdict in excess of one million dollars for one of his clients, in the Court of Appeals or in the Michigan Supreme Court, Ryan has consistently delivered positive results for his clients. Additionally, Ryan has experience in representing companies in general corporate matters and serves as corporate counsel to several privately held companies in the metro Detroit area. Active in the community, he is a Northville City council member, a member of the City’s Board and Commission Selection Committee and serves as the Northville City Council’s liaison to both the 35th District Court and the City’s Liquor License Review Committee. He is also involved in the Skate For Justice campaign, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Annual Fundraising Walk and is a board member of the Warrior Bar Association.
